Our recruiting fee is 13% of the developer's annual salary

The amount is paid in 3 installments.

  • A $1000 commitment fee is paid after contract signing.
  • 50% of the rest is paid 3 months post-hire.
  • The other 50% is paid 6 months post-hire.

The price includes

  • Collecting your company's general (cultural fit) and role-specific requirements.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Supporting an employee on their first day with your team.
  • Regular check-ins with you or your team lead over the first six months to ensure the smooth integration of new hires.
  • One candidate replacement within the first six months after hiring.
